Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen method and delivery address.

All prices include handling and packaging fees.


4. International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide.
International delivery times vary by destination: 7–21 business days.

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once your order ships, we’ll send a tracking number to your email so you can follow its journey.

If you don’t receive a tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us.


6. Delays

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery notification.

We will:

  • Offer a replacement or refund (depending on situation)

Proof of damage (photo) may be required for claims.
